If you're having trouble downloading a PlanGuru upgrade or update, you will first want to wait a short while and try again. It's possible that our download server is busy or the internet connection is not working temporarily.
If you still can't download after waiting and trying again, here are some things to try:
Disable any anti-virus program (i.e. Norton Protection or McAfee VirusScan).
You may have a firewall preventing downloads. You can either disable the firewall temporarily in order to accomplish the download (understanding that doing so puts you at risk during the download process) or ask your IT
administrator for assisstance. For more information about firewall software and downloads, go to our Help website at http://www.planguruhelp.com and look for Download articles in the Installation section of the Help Desk.
Disable any popup blockers that you may have enabled.
Try downloading from another computer.
If you are able to get to the window that asks whether you want to 'Open' or 'Save' the downloaded file, make sure that you choose to save the downloaded file to your desktop.

you a zipped file that includes the
update.
